What is MITM attack?

Man-in-the-middle attack is often called as MitM in short.

What is MITM attack?

 

MitM is related to Cryptography and Computer Security.

A man-in-the-middle is an attacker secretly tracking the communication between two end of people who believe they are directly communicating with each other. 

To avoid this MitM attack, we can use many encryption techniques like SHA-1 etc. 

 

To notify the user that you are visiting unsecured website browsers like chrome alerting the user by crossing the https and providing colors and images.
